This website is operated by Dear Diary Club. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Dear Diary Club. By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you’re agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them before hitting “checkout” (or at least pretend to, we won’t judge).

1. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you are purchasing a product from us. Once we receive your order and payment, you will receive a confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (if a product is out of stock or if your payment info looks suspicious).

All prices are listed in USD and include taxes as indicated at checkout.

2. Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (we’re quick, but not robots). You’ll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. Processing times don't include weekends or holidays.

We ship worldwide from Maryland, USA. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Once your order leaves our hands, the carrier takes over. We’re not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or delivery errors.

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting. Typos happen, but reshipping fees are on the customer.

3. Product Accuracy

We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different on screens vs. real life. Small variations aren’t considered defects; they’re part of the charm.

4. Changes to Products & Pricing

Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice (we’re evolving, not ghosting you).

We reserve the right to update, pause, or discontinue any product or part of the website at any time.

We’re not liable to you or any third party for changes in pricing and products, but we’ll always do our best to keep you in the loop.

5. Third-Party Links & Tools

Our website includes links to third-party platforms (TikTok, Amazon, Instagram, and more).

We’re not responsible for the content or policies of those sites. Please use them at your own discretion, and maybe a little skepticism.

6.User Submissions & Feedback

If you send us comments, DMs, ideas, or other submissions, you agree that we may use them in any medium without obligation or compensation. (We will always respect your privacy and never share personal details without consent.)

7. Prohibited Uses

Please do not use our site for anything shady, illegal, or destructive — no hacking, data scraping, impersonating us, or spreading viruses.

Basically: be kind, be decent, and don’t break stuff.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (text, images, designs, logos, journal content, etc.) belong to FL Ventures LLC and is legally protected by Trademark and Copyright. Please do not reproduce or use any part of it without permission. We love creativity, not plagiarism.

9. Limitation of Liability

We’re not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from using (or misusing) our products or website.

Translation: journaling might make you feel things, see things differently, and get a little hooked on self-discovery, all in the best way.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal disputes will be handled in the courts of Maryland, unless we agree to sort it out over coffee first.

11. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest still stands.

We’ll tweak the broken part so it makes sense again, without changing the overall intent.

12. Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We don’t sell your data. We’re not creeps.

13. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted here, and the updated date will be at the top. Keep being nosy and check back occasionally.
