Thank you for rolling with Dear Diary Club. Before you hit “buy,” please take a minute to review our Shipping & Returns policy.

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on your way
Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
Worldwide shipping is available.
Please note shipping costs can’t be refunded or applied as credit.

We ship internationally using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). That means what you pay at checkout covers everything - no extra fees and no customs headaches.

All sales are final, we do not accept returns (journals are personal, once you’ve cracked it open, it’s yours).
However, if your journal shows up damaged or defective, we’ve got you. Just email us at info@deardiaryclub.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We’ll replace it with a fresh one, on us.
Once your return is received and meets our return criteria, we will process an exchange within 5 business days.
